• $150 opening order minimum
• Provide a tax id number
• Orders less than $300 must be paid with a credit card. We accept Am Ex/Visa/MC
• Net 30 terms can be established for those retailers with credit references and a minimum of 3 years of history.
• Madd Capp Games are shipped via UPS Ground from Indianapolis, IN. The charges are prepaid by Madd Capp Games. Charges will be reflected on your invoice.
